He has first hand knowledge of how rising energy costs have eroded value from otherwise valuable real estate portfolios. Martin has joined the KPC GEMB team to develop energy projects which will restore
value to the European property portfolios.

William McHale has a long background in European finance and real estate industries. Specializing in real estate finance, acquisition, development, transactions and pension investments has given him a unique knowledge of the toll taken on European economies by energy costs. A talented entrepreneur, William had invested in renewable energy solutions for Real Estate development before carbon reduction mandates in Europe made such investments common place. He is presently partner in McHale and Morrison Ltd.
